Grown in the highlands of Ethiopia’s Sidama region at elevations of 1,950–2,150 meters, this Certified Organic Grade 1 Natural coffee showcases the vibrant character that has made Ethiopian coffees world-renowned. Produced by smallholder farmers and processed at the Bura Hamasho washing station, this lot benefits from fertile red clay soils, abundant rainfall, and ideal growing conditions.

Using Ethiopia’s traditional natural process, ripe coffee cherries are sun-dried on raised beds, allowing the fruit’s sugars to infuse the beans and create a cup that is exceptionally sweet, complex, and fruit-forward.

Tasting Notes: Strawberry, blueberry,  honeysuckle and orange zest.
