Cultivated by 330 farming families from the Popti’, Mam, and Kanjobal indigenous groups, this coffee is more than a brew—it’s a celebration of community and nature. Certified Organic, Fair Trade, and Smithsonian Bird-Friendly, it supports sustainable farming and protects over 200 species of migratory birds. If you choose a medium roast you will enjoy soft chocolate and malt tones balanced by a hint of citrus while light roasts will be more citrusy.

Dark roasts bring rich dark chocolate, nuttiness, and subtle dried fruit undertones—perfect for a laid-back, flavorful coffee moment.
