This is a unique dry process Kenyan coffee featuring intense sweetness, wild fermented fruit flavors, and a winey character that challenges typical coffee expectations Similar to anaerobic process the farm uses a special hybrid process combining cherry fermentation and dry processing methods
Notes: Flavor profile includes fermented berry, cider vinegar, red punch, burnt sugars, dark cocoa, and chocolate liqueur notes. The dry aroma features fermented pineapple, brandy, and exotic fruit scents. This coffee similar to anaerobic coffees with acetic, fermented edginess and the fruit notes include blackberry, peach schnapps, watermelon candy, and red fruit punch.
We recommend a light roast/light medium roast in order to preserve the prominent flavors of this coffee.
This is an intensely sweet, fruit-forward coffee with complex dessert wine-like qualities meant to be savored slowly rather than consumed quickly, ideal for those who enjoy bold and unconventional flavor profiles.
