Colombia Huila Gigante Miraflores is cultivated at 1,600–1,900 meters in Tres Esquinas by a family with three generations of expertise. Utilizing selective harvesting and a meticulous washed process, each lot is hand-sorted for consistency. We recommend a medium roast for drip coffee and a darker roast for espresso if you prefer a slightly lower acidity.  A light roast will enhance a bright citrus profile with floral notes.
