Organic Indonesian Bali Kintamani

Indonesia's Kintamani Bali features a combination of traditional wet hulling and natural sun drying process. The result is a cohesive profile with a balanced density and aroma, creating a single origin version of the classic Mocha Java.

A light roast brings out wild fruit notes with strong acidity, while a medium roast mellows into a smooth and chocolatey cup. Reminiscent of a Yemen mocha, but with a delicious brandy finish. A darker roast will bring out mocha flavors and tone down the sweetness quite a bit while keeping a full bodied profile
