Peru Guardian del Bosque Gesha

Meet Guardian del Bosque, a high-altitude Geisha from Ronal's farm in Peru. Grown at 1,600 meters and certified organic and fair trade, this coffee is all about clean, delicate flavors.

What to expect: Bright floral and fruity notes with hints of green herbs. It's a gentle, aromatic cup that shines when brewed pour-over or filter style. For this reason we don't recommend this one as an espresso. 

The story: Ronal works with JUMARP, a local cooperative that helps farmers improve their craft from processing techniques to drying methods. He loves experimenting with different ways to process his coffee, and this wet-processed version shows off the farm's terroir beautifully.

Best for: Anyone who loves a lighter, more nuanced cup with room to taste the origin.
