 This coffee has a vibrant, complex flavor with candied, papaya, pineapple, and herbal notes with chocolate base. We will offer all of the roast profiles from light to dark. We recommend roast profiles between light and medium in order to experience the acidity from the soft fruit tones and chocolate balance. For our fans of dark roast we will aim to highlight this coffees rich dark cocoa flavors with cleanliness and a heavy body mouthfeel.

What is regenerative farming? Regenerative farming is like giving the Earth a big hug. Farmers take care of the soil, plants, and animals by letting them work together like a happy team. They don’t hurt the ground by digging it too much, they keep it covered with plants, and let animals like cows and chickens walk around and eat grass. Farmers use compost and cover crops and don't use chemicals that harm nature.  This helps the soil get strong, grow healthy food, and even clean the air. Very similar to the process by trees breathe in yucky air and make good air for us!
